Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “Terms and Conditions”) govern access to and use of the website and the digital products offered by Printanier®, a registered trademark in Argentina. By accessing or using this website, as well as by purchasing any of the digital products offered, the user (hereinafter, “the User”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

It is recommended to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website or making any purchase. The use of the website implies full acceptance of them. If the User does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from using the website or purchasing products from Printanier®.

2. Product Acquisition and Contractual Relationship

2.1. Acquisition
The acquisition of content will be governed by the license accompanying each product, and the User declares to accept and comply with each license. The terms of such licenses will complement the provisions herein. Personal use licenses and commercial use licenses are an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the product description before making a purchase. Users will be informed of the final price before completing the purchase process.

2.2. Payments
Payments may be made through credit cards, debit cards, or digital wallets. Printanier® uses secure and certified payment service providers.

2.3. Delivery
The digital products purchased will be sent electronically to the email provided by the user at the time of purchase, or they will be available for immediate download, depending on the type of product. Printanier® is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to errors in the information provided by the user.

2.4. Right to Refund
As the products offered are digital in nature, no returns or refunds are accepted once the product has been delivered.
In the event that the product is not received after payment or has technical issues, for a refund to be considered, the User must:

• Submit the request via email: [email protected]

• Wait for 48 hours after the request.

• Once the refund request is received and compliance with the requirements is verified, Printanier® will review the request and, if applicable, issue a refund through the same payment method used, with any costs incurred by this process being borne by the User.

2.5. Contractual Relationship
Printanier® declares that no commercial, associative, or other type of relationship exists with the User purchasing the content from the website.

3. Product Use Licenses

3.1. Personal Use License
This license allows the User to use the purchased products for personal and private purposes. Under this license, products may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed to third parties.

Technical conditions:

• Digital products are in PDF format.

• Drawings, fonts, and colors cannot be modified or extracted.

• Where text editing is offered, editing may only be done using an up‑to‑date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Functionality in other programs is not guaranteed.

• All files under this license include the Printanier® logo.

Prohibitions:

• It is prohibited to sell any product that uses files with a Personal Use License.

• It is prohibited to resell, share, or give away in digital format any file acquired under this license.

• Misuse of the files authorizes Printanier® to take the appropriate legal action.

• It is prohibited to use images or photos published on the website or Printanier®’s social media to promote third‑party products.

3.2. Commercial Use License
To use printed designs in commercial activities, the User must select the Commercial Use License at the time of purchase. The price of products under this license is higher than that of the Personal Use License, as it allows for the commercialization of the printed product.

Benefits:

• Files are provided without the Printanier® logo or visible marks, except for a mention on the cover: “designed by @tiendaprintanier.” The remaining pages are free of branding, making them suitable for commercial use.

• Buyers acquire the right to commercialize the printed product.

• Some products include editable files to allow specific adaptations to the needs of the business.

Technical conditions:

• Editable texts in PDF products can only be modified using an up‑to‑date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Functionality in other programs is not guaranteed.

• 100% editable files must be modified using design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, or Photoshop, or programs such as Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, depending on the format.

• Non‑editable files are in PDF format.

Prohibitions:

• It is prohibited to resell, share, or give away in digital format any file acquired under this license.

• Misuse of the files authorizes Printanier® to take the appropriate legal action.

• It is prohibited to use images or photos published on the website or Printanier®’s social media to promote third‑party products.

4. Intellectual Property
All products, designs, images, texts, and other content available on Printanier®’s website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The total or partial reproduction without authorization from Printanier®, as well as the misuse of the content on the website and products, is strictly prohibited.
It is prohibited to share, resell, or give away purchased or freely downloaded files, as well as to modify or alter them for commercialization as digital products.
Purchasing products from Printanier® does not transfer the intellectual property rights of the drawings, designs, and/or templates, which remain at all times the property of Printanier®.
Any unauthorized use of the products or content will constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.

5. Data Protection
To process purchases on the Printanier® website, the User must provide certain personal data, such as name, email, and payment information. Printanier® is committed to using this data solely to process transactions and keep the User informed about updates, promotions, and news, provided the User has given consent.
Printanier® guarantees that personal data will be treated confidentially, in accordance with Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 25.326).

However, the User acknowledges that the internet is not a 100% secure environment and that Printanier® cannot guarantee absolute invulnerability of its systems.

6. Website Use
Printanier® shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
The User accepts that the use of the website is at their own risk and that Printanier® does not guarantee that the website is error‑free or that the server hosting it is free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Argentine Republic. In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

8. Modifications
Printanier® reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Modifications shall take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Users are advised to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.
